TITLE SERVICES

• Title Insurance: This protects your rights, as the buyer, against hidden hazards that can cause title problems which threaten ownership.This is a one-time fee that insures you and your heirs for as long as you own the property. Your title insurer assumes responsibility for all legal expenses to defend the title to your property if it is ever challenged. We underwrite for Stewart Title Guaranty Company, as well as LandAmerica - who has been protecting investments since 1876.
• Closing Services: Real Estate closings can be overwhelming. Our professional staff will walk you through the process, explaining all documents and answering any questions.
• Abstracting: This is an alternative to title insurance. Our licensed attorney and abstracters will research the legal title to your property and render an abstract history.
• Title Searches.
• Title Opinions.
• Earnest Money Contracts/Purchase Agreements: We draft easy-to-read contracts to directly address the circumstances of your transaction. This service is free if we write the title insurance.
